At Denim By Jac, each Yankees denim jacket is a unique 1-of-1 piece of wearable art. While every jacket is pre-designed and ready to ship, we want you to love your investment piece.

Returns Accepted:

30-day return window from delivery date
Jacket must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
Original packaging preferred but not required
You cover return shipping costs

Refund Process:

Full refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving return
Refund issued once we verify jacket is in unworn condition
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility

Exchanges:

Free exchanges for different jacket within 30 days (subject to availability)
Since each piece is 1-of-1, we cannot exchange for the same design
We'll cover shipping on the exchanged item to you
You cover return shipping of original jacket

Non-Returnable Conditions:
Items cannot be returned if:

Worn, washed, or altered in any way
Tags have been removed
Shows signs of wear or damage
More than 30 days since delivery

Quality Guarantee:

Manufacturing defects: Full refund or replacement at no cost to you
Damaged during shipping: Immediate refund or replacement (fully insured)
Not as described: Full refund including return shipping

How to Initiate a Return:

Email us at denimbyjac@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
Include order number and reason for return
Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
Ship jacket back with tracking
Refund processed within 5-7 days of receipt

Important Note:
Once a 1-of-1 jacket is sold and returned, it may be resold. Each design is unique and will never be recreated. If you love a specific design, we recommend purchasing it - once it's gone to another customer, it's gone forever.
